About us
We develop and practice DNA-encoded Chemical library (DEL) technology for the discovery of new small-molecule drugs. We have co-pioneered DEL technology since 2002 and continue to further develop and broaden its applicability for modern drug discovery.
Working on essentially all aspects of the technology (chemical conversions on DNA, encoding technology, high-throughput DNA-sequencing, selection technology, data evaluation) we aim at constructing diverse and modular DELs for finding new ligands also to difficult or "undruggable" targets. We further aim at translating promising hits of our DEL libraries to the clinic, e.g., as small-molecule drug conjugates (SMDCs).
